We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

Exceptions: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. We will review it and provide a suitable solution.

Please note that slight differences in weave, color, or texture are normal in handloom products and are not considered defects.

Domestic Shipping (India): All orders are shipped free and delivered within 4–5 working days,

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours if it hasn’t been customized.
   
2. We will refund the money to your bank account, minus any bank charges.
   
3. It may take 3–5 days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank.
